Zhirexa is a mobile companion app built by ZhimSolutions that lets members of a church access their church's events, calendar, giving, messages, sermons, and devotionals in one place. This page explains what information the app handles and how.

What we collect

Your name, email, and phone number (optional)

Stored only on your own device, used to personalize your greeting inside the app. Email and phone are optional — you can leave them blank.

Church code

When you join a church, the code you enter is sent to our server to look up that church's public information (name, branding color, and content). No account or password is created.

What we don't do

We don't require you to create an account or sign in.
We don't use advertising identifiers, ad networks, or third-party analytics SDKs.
We don't sell or share your personal information with third parties.
We don't collect payment or card details in the app — the Give feature opens your church's own giving page in a web view, and that transaction is handled entirely by your church's payment provider, not by Zhirexa.

Where your data lives

Your name, email, and phone number stay in secure local storage on your device and are never uploaded to our servers. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, this information is deleted with it.

Church content (events, calendar, sermons, devotionals, messages, and church needs) is fetched from our backend at the time you use the app, tied to the church you've joined — not to any personal profile.

Leaving a church

You can leave a church at any time from your Profile screen. This clears your locally stored details and disconnects the app from that church until you enter a code again.

Children's privacy

Zhirexa is intended for general church membership and does not knowingly collect personal information from young children beyond what a parent or guardian enters on their behalf, such as a shared family device's name.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
